You will receive email notifications regarding any activity linked to your profile on SwiftQuote. Be sure the email used during sign up is one you check regularly!
You can also check the status of quotes under the ‘My Orders’ tab when logged into SwiftQuote.
Status labels include:
Quoted - you have provided a quote and are waiting on customer response.
In work - your quote has been accepted and the job is awaiting completion.
Clarification - this could mean that a message needs to be responded to first, the customer has a question, or you have previously canceled a quote and need to submit another.
Completed - work has been completed. After a job is completed, if the customer paid via cash/check, you will need to pay the commission fee which will be signified by a red dollar symbol next to the status. Credit card payments have the commission fee automatically factored in so there will be no additional steps after a job is marked as completed.
Declined - your quote has not been accepted by the customer.
