Overview: How to navigate your dashboard.
Note: This is how the dashboard looks on a subscription plan. The free subscription dashboard does not have all of these features.
In the top section of your dashboard, you can view new, scheduled and cancelled orders. You can also view your revenue breakdown.
You can choose to filter these figures by current week, month, or year by clicking on the dropdown arrow.
The second part of the dashboard shows you an overview of your orders. They are labelled according to the order status, i.e. 'Request', 'In work'.
To view more details of an order, hover over it and click View More.
To the right side of the orders section, you can click the green arrow to explore more leads. This will take you to the 'Explore Leads' section of SwiftWorks.
If you haven't registered with Stripe already, you can click the green arrow to connect your Stripe account to your SwiftWorks account.
The 'My Schedule' section provides you with a schedule of your orders for every week. You can click on the arrows either side of this week to view your schedule for previous or future weeks.
If you click on View all orders, it'll take you to the 'Orders' section of SwiftWorks.
The final section of the SwiftWorks dashboard shows you jobs in your area. Here, you can choose to filter jobs near you, filter by distance, or filter by a specific zipcode.
To see more details about a customer's job request, hover over the request and click View.
To view even more requests, click Find More Work in the bottom left corner. This will take you to the 'Explore Leads' section of SwiftWorks.
