To filter orders, use the 'Filter by' section in the top left corner.
Filtering by 'Status' will generate a dropdown menu, where you can choose what quote status you'd like to filter by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.
Filtering by 'Payment Status' (i.e. Unpaid, Pending, Paid) and 'Service' (i.e. service type) will also generate dropdown menus for you to choose from. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.
You can also filter by 'Requests', which will show only requests that you've received, and 'Orders' which will show jobs where your quotes were accepted and you're now in work with the customer.
To search for specific order IDs, establishments, or by address or zipcode, click the magnifying glass in the top right and input the desired search item. Hit the enter key on your keyboard to apply the search filter.
To sort orders by 'Last created', 'Last updated' or 'Expiring soon', click 'Sort by' to generate a dropdown menu.
Preparing a Quote
To submit a quote for a customer request, hover over the box and click View More.
Once on the request, click on Prepare Quote.
You'll be prompted to use a lead credit to prepare a quote. Once you've clicked 'Use - lead credit', fill out the following form, which includes the cost of the service, cancellation cost, and the date and time you are available to complete the service. Once finished, click Send quote.
You can also send a message to the customer by clicking into the 'Message to <name>' box. Type out your message and click the arrow to send. You will only be sending a personal message, not an official quote that can be accepted on the customer end.
Once your quote as been submitted, an order number will be generated and the status will change to 'Quoted'. You can then edit or cancel the quote as needed.
Note: Updates to your orders will be shown as notifications on your account. To view your notifications, and prepare quotes and update quotes from there, check out the article Settings - Notifications.
Marking a Job as Completed
If a customer accepts your quote and you perform the service, you can click on the order to mark it as completed. Hover over the order and click View More.
Click Mark Order as Completed and a pop up menu will appear.
You'll then be prompted to choose if you successfully completed the job, or if there is another reason you you are marking the order as complete (e.g. client doesn't respond, wrong order details).
If you completed the job successfully, you'll be prompted to complete a form about the service, and you can attach any pump out documents. Click Confirm order details once complete.
The pump out report will then be recorded as a Compliance Report in the 'Compliance' section. For help viewing compliance history, check out the article Navigating Customer Compliance.
